Liquid Scroll

Privacy Policy

Liquid Scroll helps hosts send personal event invitations by text message. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have — whether you’re a host with an account or a guest who received an invitation.

What we collect

How we use it

We never sell or rent personal information, and we never use guest phone numbers for marketing or share them with anyone other than the service providers (Twilio, Stripe, our hosting provider) needed to deliver the service.

If you received a text from us

A host — someone who knows you — added your number to their guest list to send you their invitation. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from our number entirely, or email support@liquidscroll.com to have your information removed. See the Text Message Terms for the full program details.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and guest data while the account is active. Hosts can delete guests at any time, which removes their invitation link. To delete your whole account — or, as a guest, to have your details removed — email support@liquidscroll.com and we’ll take care of it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are salted and hashed, and access to production data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface area deliberately small.

Children

Liquid Scroll is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update this page and the date above. Material changes will be called out clearly.
