Text Message Terms

These terms cover the Liquid Scroll Invitations text message program: the messages Liquid Scroll sends from our dedicated toll-free number on behalf of our account holders (“hosts”) to the guests they have invited.

What the program sends

Personal event messages only: a save-the-date or invitation with your personal invitation link, and occasionally follow-ups about the same event from your host. Nothing else — no marketing, no promotions, no third-party content.

How you were opted in

You receive messages because a host who knows you — the person inviting you to their event — added your name and mobile number to their guest list. Before they could do that, the host confirmed they know you personally and have your permission to text you about their event. You gave your number to your host, not to a mailing list, and we never buy, rent, or scrape contact lists.

Opting out

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message and you will stop receiving texts from our number — from all hosts, not just the one who invited you. You’ll receive one final confirmation of the opt-out. You can also email support@liquidscroll.com and we’ll remove your number. Reply START if you change your mind.

Message frequency & rates

Frequency varies by host and event — typically one invitation and a small number of follow-ups per event. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your name and number are used only to deliver your host’s messages and are never shared for marketing. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change we’ll update this page and the date above. Contact support@liquidscroll.com with any questions.
